I am a teacher and performing artist based in Seattle, WA. As an educator, my mission is to enrich the lives of my students by helping them unlocking their most confident and beautiful voice.
I began my study of music at an early age with piano lessons. With continued lessons in oboe, voice, and piano throughout my school years, I developed my passion for performance and began to envision a career in the performing arts. My interests led me to earn undergraduate degrees in Music and French from Santa Clara University, and a graduate degree in Voice Performance from the University of Washington.
I maintain an active performance schedule, and believe that my first-hand experiences as a performer enrich my teaching. I have seen in myself how music has given me confidence and direction, and I am passionate and dedicated to pass on the art of singing to my students. Just as I expect my students to commit to personal practice time, I am a dedicated practicer and continue to study voice and related pursuits myself. My most recent area of study is German language, culminating in a 9-week trip to Germany for language immersion and performances with International Bachakademie Stuttgart.
